Compliments, Complaints and Feedback
Sunbeam House Services welcomes compliments, complaints and other feedback from people who use our services, families, advocates and members of the public. Your feedback helps us recognise what is working well, respond when something has gone wrong and improve the quality of our services.
If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service, you have the right to make a complaint. You can speak to any member of staff, your local Client Services Manager or another person you trust. You can also make a complaint by telephone, letter, email, voice recording, video recording, sign language or another communication method that meets your needs. Our staff will listen to your concern and make sure it is passed to the appropriate person.
You may ask a family member, friend, trusted staff member or advocate to support you. Where needed, Sunbeam House Services will support people to access an independent advocacy service. We will speak with you about your complaint, explain what will happen next and provide updates while it is being considered.
We also welcome compliments when you have had a positive experience. Compliments help us recognise good practice and let staff know when their work and support have made a positive difference.
