How long have you been a DJ?
I started when I was 7 years old. I remember I had a tape cassette with a microphone. Then I got a big karaoke machine with 3 discs, a tape cassette and speakers built in. Eventually I got a lovely set of decks.
What is your favourite type of music to play at your gigs?
1-Direction because they are very popular. People like to dance to it.
How does that make you feel? When people are really enjoying it?
Buzzing!
Have you had any standout moments in your DJ career?
My Dad drove us to a gig one time. I thought he brought all the gear in the back of the car so I go and set up all the equipment, as you do, but when I open up the case I said “Where’s all my CD’s?!” My Dad had forgotten them all. He had to go back and get them just in time while I waited. The gig was nearly ruined but it all turned out ok.
How can people book you for a gig?
Call my Dad Fergus. He is my manager and roadie. His number is 086 1001045. I am available for all types of gigs and all musical styles.
