It’s that time of the year again to get the runners and shorts on for the annual SHS 5k and 10k run.
This year there is a slight change as we are running it on a Saturday evening at 6pm.

Entries are €20 for the 10K and €15 for the 5k. You will also be able to enter on the day from 4.30pm. Also online on GoRun.ie
Attached is a poster with all the details, there is also is a card available from myself for a monster raffle we will hold after the un.
It’s €2 per line and if anyone sells a full book will get entry to either race free of charge.
